3. Project management for a local NGO in Venezuela
...... Subsequent project work initiated an important learning process within the NGO concerning project planning and project management; participation: the target group became a participating group; the NGO had to mediate between the international institution and local needs, among other challenges.
My responsibility was to support the NGO in implementing these new tasks.
Training, implementation and utilisation of new structures and procedures
were realised for the specific project, especially in the field of project
management (operational planning, monitoring and reporting). Advisory services
have been provided until the successful termination of the project in 2004.
