1. Strategies: from project to programme approach (Colombia; 2003
– 2004)
...... This is particularly true for project staff and experts of the
three partner institutions.
In June 2003 I accepted the challenging task of assisting the different parties
in identification and development of structures for the new programme and
of integrating the resulting synergies into new approaches. Integration has
been completed in the second half of 2004 with the establishment of the overall
programme and advisory services now are only being provided on demand and
for specific topics.
